Join us for an authentic Sicilian Cannoli and Ricotta making Class held

on your choice of dates:

Monday, November 5th, Tuesday, November 6th or Wednesday, November 7th

from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

This is the first in a series of classic dessert making classes. Join

us for a recreational and fun filled workshop on the classic art of

Sicilian Cannoli making.

This in-depth 3 hour hands on demonstration includes mixing, rolling,

frying and filling cannoli. It also includes “cooking from scratch”

your own home made ricotta, vanilla and chocolate pastry cream to fill

these classic pastries.

Champagne, Coffee and Cannoli will be served at the end of the class.

Bring home your own batch of cannoli and a class intruction booklet.

The class is $45.00 per person for one of the sessions. Sign up early

as class size is limited.
