Scheduled items include a Civil War letter and portions of Emma Cogswell’s diary, describing people and activities in Essex during the first half of the 20th century. Also featured will be a letter about early life at Mount Hungar in West Gloucester, with instructions for cooking in a wood-fueled bake oven. Attendees are encouraged to bring items for inclusion in the program.

Admission is free. The Waterline Education Center is handicap-accessible.
