18-year old Grace Kelly is already one of contemporary jazz’s most celebrated musicians. A Boston native and Berklee College of Music student, she is primarily an alto saxophonist but also plays numerous other instruments and is an accomplished composer. Praised by the Los Angeles Times for her ‘stunning maturity and’extraordinary command of her instrument,’ Kelly has played at Jazz at Lincoln Center and the Kennedy Center and is the youngest saxophonist to be named one of the ‘Alto Saxophone Rising Stars’ by DownBeat magazine. Her numerous recordings have garnered critical praise and she has received accolades from such luminaries as Wynton Marsalis, Phil Woods, and Dave Brubeck.
