“Greensleeves” is a one woman show about the origin of the Christmas celebration, as we know it today. The history is presented as a tale, told in a cozy, candle-lit setting , illustrated with poems, lore and music sung and played upon the Celtic Harp by Bobbie Wayne. Dressed in a medieval-style gown of green velvet, crowned with a wreath of holly, Bobbie takes us on a trip through history, beginning in ancient Rome, encompassing Europe, and the Americas.

Bobbie Wayne works full timein her Gloucester studio as a figurative, animal and land scape painter.
