The Growing Green Group presents the 2009 Guided Garden Tour

Saturday July 18th from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

This one day exclusive educational tour will allow participants to view two gardens

on Cape Ann in detail. Your hosts, Mary Mintz and Mary White, will give lectures on

the various principles of organic gardening. Topics include composting, home

vegetable gardening, invasive species identification, meadow designs, and natural

insect control. Mid day an optional organic lunch will be served at Goose Cove

Gardens where we will all gather informally to speak more on the subject of

sustainable gardening. Tickets cost $30 and are available for purchase at Goose

Cove Gardens, Common Crow, and Toad Hall Bookstore.
