Benefit for the No Surrender Program to have their 22nd Annual Conference, at the Double Tree, in Lowell Massachusetts.

This is from the Northeast Independent Living Center, a non profit organization, as there will be workshops, activites, live musical entertainment, as Nancy Willams (Soprano Vocalist), and Bonnie Barish (Pianist/Composer) are scheduled to supply some of the music for that event.
