Gloucester Stage’s 2010 season kicks off with Table Manners, a heartbreakingly hilarious reunion of adult siblings and their spouses and the first play of Alan Ayckbourn’s infamous The Norman Conquests trilogy. Directed by Gloucester Stage Artistic Director Eric C. Engel, the production features the return of Academy Award nominee and Gloucester resident Lindsay Crouse to Gloucester Stage as she joins an all star cast of Boston actors featuring Richard Snee, Barlow Adamson, Sarah Newhouse, Jennie Israel and Steven Barkhimer. Performances are Thursday through Saturday at 8 pm from June 17 through June 19, June 24 through June 26 and July 1 and July 2, Saturday matinees at 3 pm on June 19, June 26 and July 3 and Sunday performances at 4 pm on June 20 and June 27. Saturday, July 3 at 7:30 is An Evening of Theatre and Fireworks; the performance will be followed by a party and special viewing of the Gloucester fireworks. There is no performance on Sunday, July 4.
