The Chamber recently hosted the 21st Annual Travel Writers’ Weekend attended by eight writers with diverse backgrounds. The group included media from the New England area such as a contributing editor to Yankee Magazine, Going Places of Pleasantville NY, The New Hampshire Union Leader, Maine Twin City Times, the author of “1000 Places to See in the USA & Canada Before You Die”, and freelancers from Massachusetts, Maine, and New York.

This specially tailored weekend is one of the Tourist Division’s most important events to promote Cape Ann. Hundreds of articles have been generated from the writers, publishers, and photographers that have attended this media trip over the years.

The Chamber would like to thank all of the donors and volunteers who contributed to the success of this year’s event.
