CAPE ANN SAVINGS BANK HIRES GLOUCESTER-RESIDENT PATA AS TRUST OFFICER

Cape Ann Savings Bank announced today that Gloucester-resident Linda J. Pata has been hired as Trust Officer. In this position, she is responsible for the administration of trust accounts, investment management accounts, estates and individual retirement accounts. Pata is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor, a recognized standard of knowledge and competence for the trust and wealth advisory field.

‘Linda brings 20 years of results-driven experience and an abundance of education to those she will serve,’ said John T. Pata has helped residents of the North Shore meet their trust needs for years, beginning with a similar position at Beverly National Bank, which merged with Danversbank and is now part of People’s United Bank. She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Salem State College, followed by continued education including, New England School of Banking-Trust and the American Bankers Association National Graduate Trust School.

When not working, Pata is active in the community, serving as treasurer of her local elementary school’s Parent/Teacher Organization for the last six years. She also was recently elected to serve as treasurer of Cape Ann Youth Lacrosse. She lives in Gloucester with her husband and two children.
