The Cape Ann Symphony’s annual Holiday Pops: Holiday Sparklers is set for Saturday, November 28 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, November 29 at 2 p.m. Cape Ann Symphony welcomes back the return of the Cape Ann Singers led by Choral Director Wendy Betts. This festive evening of music for all ages features vocal Holiday selections by the Cape Ann Singers including Twelve Days of Christmas and Gloria as well as the Symphony performing many holiday favorites such as Anderson’s Christmas Festiva, Trumpeter’s Lullaby and Song of the Bells, Vaughn Williams’ Fantasia on Greensleeves, Humperdinck’s Prelude to Hansel and Gretel, selections from Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker,and selections from Holcomb’s Festive Sounds of Hanukah and the Symphony’s traditional holiday singalong. The Cape Ann Symphony Cafe and Concessions will be open a half hour prior to the concert and during intermission at both performances. The Cape Ann Symphony concerts are held at the Fuller Auditorium located at Blackburn Circle, Route 128, Gloucester, MA. Fuller Auditorium is handicapped accessible. Ticket prices are $30 for adults, $25 for senior citizens, $20 for college students and Free for children under 18 years old.
