SEASON OPENING GALA & AUCTION

Cape Ann Symphony is kicking off the concert season with a Gala Celebration & Auction on Sunday, September 30 at 4:30 p.m. at the Compass Room of the Gloucester House Restaurant to benefit the non profit Cape Ann Symphony and its Youth Initiative. The Celebration includes food & music to enjoy while bidding on a wide array of good and services. The varied selection of auction items include romantic getaways, ski weekends, golf outings, boat trips, gourmet dining and catering, exceptionally fine wines, fine art and jewelry. Even a spinet piano, tuned to concert pitch is on the Auction list! The Auction will have special emphasis on raising funds for the Symphony’s Youth Initiative, an outreach program designed to bring education and awareness of classical music as well as the joy of playing an instrument to schools in the Cape Ann area and beyond.
