SPRING POPS CONCERT

The Cape Ann Symphony is pleased to welcome WHDH-TV’s Randy Price as the guest artist for the symphony’s Spring Pops Concert on Saturday, May 17 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, May 18 at 2 p.m. The Spring Pops Concert program features Randy Price narrating Copland’s stirring Lincoln Portrait, and works by Boston composers: Minuet by Alice Pertchik and Concordia by Tom Vignieri, as well as Von Suppe’s Morning, Noon and Night, Gould’s American Salute, the Anderson favorites Waltzing Cat and Chicken Reel, Williams’ Liberty Fanfare, Bock’s Broadway classic Fiddler on the Roof. and the Finale from Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture. The Cape Ann Symphony celebrates spring with the Spring Pops Concert on Saturday, May 17 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, May 18 at 2 p.m. The Cape Ann Symphony concerts are held at the Fuller Auditorium located at Blackburn Circle, Route 128, Gloucester, MA. Fuller Auditorium is handicapped accessible. Ticket prices are $25 for adults, $20 for senior citizens, $20 for college students and Free for children under 18 years old.
