Applications for the Carolyn O’Connor Scholarship are now available at the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce, 33 Commercial Street, Gloucester, or online at here. The Businesswomen’s Division is delighted to announce that the scholarship has been increased to $1,250 this year.
The scholarship is awarded annually to a Cape Ann woman looking to change careers or re-enter the workforce and who would require some form of continuing education to achieve that goal. Applicants must have a high school degree or its equivalent, be a legal resident of Massachusetts, and be accepted to an accredited college, university or job training program.
