Please join us for a fascinating evening as ornithologist Jim Berry is back to show slides and talk about the herons, gulls, and cormorants that breed in large colonies on the islands along the Essex County coast. He has helped count the heron nests on Kettle and Eagle Islands many times and has visited all the county’s islands to count gull and cormorant nests. Jim is writing a book on the birds of Essex County and is a past president of the Essex County Ornithological Club.
