To Spotlight Beauport Gloucester Hotel

The 2013 Membership Power Luncheon Speaker Series will kick off on Wednesday, April 10 with a special presentation on the new Beauport Gloucester Hotel Project. Guest speakers will include Sheree DeLorenzo, Principal with Cruiseport Gloucester, and Attorneys John Cunningham and Michele Harrison.

The Beauport Gloucester Hotel, a 25,000 square foot project, will be located on the waterfront at the former site of the Birdseye plant. This $25 million, four-story, 101-room hotel is one of the most significant commercial developments to be proposed on Cape Ann in recent years. Guests will be able to preview the design, learn about the positive financial impact this is projected to have for our community, and hear how the history of the Birdseye building will be preserved within the new hotel.

The Membership Power Luncheon will be held at Cruiseport Gloucester, 6 Rowe Square, Gloucester, at noon on Wednesday, April 10th, with registration and check-in starting at 11:30am. Tickets for members are $35 in advance or $40 week/day of and $50 for future members.
