Join us on Saturday, May 20th at a Pre-Launch Dinner Party for the ISABELLA, a 38-foot schooner currently under construction at the Burnham Shipyard. The ISABELLA was commissioned by Mr. William Greene, and is similar in design and construction to Essex-built fishing schooners from the 1840s.

Come and enjoy a buffet dinner featuring barbecued beef, ribs & chicken, along with dessert and coffee. Beer, wine and soda will be available for purchase. During the evening, both Master Shipbuilder Harold Burnham and Mr. Greene will speak about the construction and upcoming launch.

Mr. Burnham and his crew have been working on the Isabella through the past fall and winter, and her launch is scheduled for late spring.
