CHAMBER BUSINESSWOMEN’S SPRING FLING

The Cape Ann Chamber Businesswomen and Gloucester Stage Company will host an evening of fun, complete with a light supper and a show, for this year’s Spring Fling on Tuesday, April 29. Nationally acclaimed storyteller Judith Black will present her most recent work; That Fading Scent: A Seditious Comedy About Women and Aging. Judith Black, sponsored by Expressive Web Solutions, has, among many honors, been inducted into the National Storytelling Network’s Circle of Excellence, received the Gold Medal Family Entertainer of the Year from Boston Parents Paper, and headlined the Comedy Showcase at the largest conference for Jewish educators in the world. Judith created this cutting edge work exploring the process of aging in our culture. That Fading Scent shows there are adventures to be had, mischief to be made, and choices to be wrestled with at every age.

The Spring Fling, catered by Ipswich Clambake Lobster and Seafood Company, will be held at the Gloucester Stage Company from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and is open to Chamber members and non-members. The cost is $25 per person and includes a light supper and beverages to be enjoyed while networking with other Businesswomen and friends before the show.
