The Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce is excited to bring back Rockport’s Harvest Fest, a cherished community event! We invite you to join us by the shore for a unique blend of fall festivities and coastal charm, where the crisp sea breeze meets the warmth of community spirit. Come enjoy Rockport’s local charm and bountiful harvest while you explore the scenic downtown and immerse yourself in festive seasonal activities. Whether you’re a longtime local or just visiting, this is the perfect way to experience the magic of autumn by the sea. So, grab your sweater and your loved ones, and join us for a day of seaside celebration!
Event Highlights
- Apple Pie Bake Off: Join local blogger Amy Allen, from Palate & Palette, and come cheer on amateur bakers as they compete for the title of best apple pie!

Transportation & Parking
- By Car: The Blue Gate Meadow Parking Lot at 5 Blue Gate Lane (off Rte 127 – Upper Main Street) will be open for parking until 7 PM. Parking in this lot is FREE.
- By Train: The MBTA Purple Line runs from Beverly to Rockport throughout the day.
- CATA Shuttle: CATA shuttle has exteneded their service through October 19 and will be running from 11 AM to 6:45 PM. The shuttle makes stops at the Blue Gate Meadow Lot, Rockport Market, Dock Square, Front Beach, Back Beach, and the Rockport Train Station. There is a nominal fee to ride the shuttle.
